Event Space Pricing

Included Event Space Amenities: Large 45 x 35 deck with bar top seating for 20, 300 sq ft climate controlled room with 4 TV’s, (2) 64” round tables, 10 folding chairs, blue tooth loud speaker with microphone, 72” TV on deck, fenced in area, unisex bathroom, vending machine, charcoal grill/smoker, and trash cans. Additional items available for rent on the event space registration form.

3 Hours of party time plus 30 mins set up and 30 mins clean up time allowed before and after scheduled event. Three time slots available (9am - 1pm / 2pm - 5pm / 6pm - 9pm)

6 Hours included plus 30 mins set up and 30 mins clean up time allowed before and after scheduled event. Two time slots available (9am - 3pm / 4pm - 10pm) No setup time
